हाथरस में एक दलित बालिका से दुष्कर्म के मामले में चार और नामजद आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी की मांग को लेकर तीन दिनों तक चलने वाला अनशन सोमवार को समाप्त हो गया। यह अनशन पूर्व विधायक अमर सिंह यादव ने शनिवार को तहसील परिसर के बाहर शुरू किया था। उन्होंने पीड़िता और उसके परिवार को न्याय दिलाने की अपील करते हुए दोषियों की गिरफ्तारी तक अपने आंदोलन को जारी रखने की चेतावनी दी थी।
क्या है मामला?
कोतवाली क्षेत्र के एक गांव की दलित बालिका ने पांच लोगों के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म का मामला दर्ज कराया था। पुलिस ने तुरंत कार्रवाई करते हुए मुख्य आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया। हालांकि, पीड़िता के परिजन पुलिस की इस कार्रवाई से संतुष्ट नहीं थे। उनका आरोप था कि बाकी चार नामजद आरोपियों को पुलिस ने अब तक गिरफ्तार नहीं किया है।
पूर्व विधायक का हस्तक्षेप
इस मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए पूर्व विधायक अमर सिंह यादव ने इसमें हस्तक्षेप किया। उन्होंने दोषियों की गिरफ्तारी की मांग को लेकर शनिवार को तहसील परिसर के बाहर क्रमिक अनशन शुरू किया। अमर सिंह यादव का कहना था कि जब तक सभी आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार नहीं किया जाएगा, तब तक उनका आंदोलन जारी रहेगा। इस दौरान स्थानीय लोग और कई सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता भी उनके समर्थन में आगे आए।
अनशन के दौरान प्रशासनिक प्रयास
पूर्व विधायक के आंदोलन ने प्रशासन पर दबाव बनाया। रविवार को प्रशासन के अधिकारियों ने अनशन समाप्त करने के लिए बातचीत की, लेकिन अमर सिंह यादव अपनी मांगों पर अड़े रहे। उन्होंने कहा कि यह केवल पीड़िता और उसके परिवार के लिए न्याय का सवाल नहीं है, बल्कि समाज में ऐसे मामलों के प्रति सख्ती से कार्रवाई का संदेश देना भी जरूरी है।
एसपी के आश्वासन के बाद अनशन समाप्त
सोमवार को पुलिस अधीक्षक (एसपी) ने हस्तक्षेप करते हुए मामले की जांच की जिम्मेदारी सहायक पुलिस अधीक्षक (एएसपी) को सौंपी। उन्होंने आश्वासन दिया कि मामले की गहन और निष्पक्ष जांच की जाएगी, और जो भी दोषी पाए जाएंगे, उन्हें कानून के दायरे में लाया जाएगा। एसपी के इस आश्वासन के बाद अमर सिंह यादव ने अपना अनशन समाप्त कर दिया।
स्थानीय जनता का रुख
इस घटना के बाद क्षेत्र में लोगों का आक्रोश साफ दिखाई दिया। स्थानीय नागरिकों ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि सभी आरोपियों को जल्द से जल्द गिरफ्तार किया जाना चाहिए। साथ ही, उन्होंने प्रशासन से यह भी आग्रह किया कि इस तरह के मामलों में न्याय प्रक्रिया को तेज और निष्पक्ष बनाया जाए।
आगे की कार्रवाई
अब इस मामले की जांच एएसपी द्वारा की जाएगी। प्रशासन ने यह भरोसा दिलाया है कि किसी भी आरोपी को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा। पीड़िता और उसके परिवार को भी सुरक्षा देने के लिए कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं, ताकि वे बिना किसी डर के न्याय की प्रक्रिया में शामिल हो सकें।
